Our knowledgeable and enthusiastic teaching team brings the curriculum to life through diverse and high-quality school visits. We pride ourselves on offering unique opportunities that children might not otherwise experience, opening their horizons to new possibilities.
Our school minibuses make local trips effortless, whether it's a visit to the library, local parks or sports fixtures, including our annual Year 2 Magical Mystery tour – The Beatles. We also venture further afield to places like Martin Mere Wetland Centre for science and Altcar for geography trips, enriching learning with real-world context.
Our annual residential visits provide memorable overnight experiences:
- Year 6 enjoys a thrilling trip to the Isle of Man, featuring a ferry journey and adventure activities such as water sports, orienteering, and archery at the Venture Centre.
- Year 5 loves the Catalyst Museum, engaging in hands-on science experiments and enjoying spectacular views from the rooftop Observatory.
