School policies cover every aspect of school life.

Below are some of our most important policies for your reference.

If you would like to have a paper copy of any of our policies please speak to the school office who will provide this free of charge.

Our School Policy for concerns or complaints follows the Liverpool City Council Complaints policy.  Before this stage we would recommend that if you have any queries about a school policy or concerns or incident involving your child please speak to the class teacher in the first instance. In the vast majority of cases your class teacher will be best placed to be able to help you.


If you are still concerned you may ask to speak to the Assistant Headteachers, Mrs Pritchard or Mrs Hancox, or the Headteacher, Mrs Robinson. If you are still not happy with the outcome or you still have concerns then you can write to the Chair of Governors, c/o Clerk to the Governors, Four Oaks Primary School, 39 Davy Street. L5 1XP. The School Office will pass on your letter promptly. We follow the Liverpool Local Authority Complaints procedure which can be accessed below.
