Policies including SEND

School policies cover every aspect of school life.

  • Policies relating to all Curriculum areas and EYFS can be found under the Curriculum tab on the home page of this website.
  • Policies relating to Safeguarding, Child Protection and Wellbeing Support are found under the Safeguarding tab on the home page of this website

Below are  additional policies for your reference.

If you would like to have a paper copy of any of our policies please speak to the school office who will provide a copy free of charge.

Although we have positive relationships with our families we recognise that, on occasion, a concern or a query may arise. If this is the case, please do not hesitate to seek clarification or help. In the first instance we ask that you speak to your child's class teacher to discuss any queries about a school policy or concerns or incident involving your child. In the vast majority of cases your class teacher will be best placed to be able to help you.

If you are still concerned you may ask to speak to one of the Assistant Headteachers, Mrs Hartley-Clegg, Mrs Hancox or Mrs Pritchard, to the Safeguarding Leader, Mrs Carroll or the Headteacher, Mrs Robinson.

If you are still not happy with the outcome or you still have concerns then you can write to the Chair of Governors, c/o Clerk to the Governors, Four Oaks Primary School, 39 Davy Street. L5 1XP. The School Office will pass on your letter promptly.

We follow the Liverpool Local Authority Complaints procedure which can be accessed below.
